Responsibilities

• Provide clinical development plans and study designs.
• Develop clinical strategies aligned with program goals.
• Lead study protocols, CRFs, consent forms, and essential trial documents (e.g., charters).
• Train teams through modules, Investigator webinars, and meetings.
• Ensure ICH-GCP compliance and act as medical monitor or scientific liaison.
• Analyze clinical data for safety, efficacy, and pharmacology; support regulatory submissions.
