MU Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Scheduler to be the vital link between our patients and their healthcare journey. Candidates must have two (2) years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare-related work experience, and one of the following certifications or licensures: Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), ; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA); Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Medical Assistant (NCMA), or Missouri Board of Nursing LPN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state LPN. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare related work experience.
One of the following certifications or licensures:
--ClinicalClinicalMedical Assistant (CCMA) by the NationalHealthcareerAssociation (NHA); or
--Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); or
--Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by the American Medical Technologists (AMT); or
--Medical Assistant (NCMA) by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); or
--Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) by the National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP); or
--Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA); or
--Missouri Board of Nursing LPN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state LPN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state LPNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Scheduling experience in a hospital or clinic environment is highly preferred.
Clinic experience in CMA or LPN role.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
