Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or equivalent program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in scheduling or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with clinical sample management preferred.
• Familiarity with EDC systems and clinical data review is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical sample management across sites.
• Prepare email reminders for sample collection and shipping.
• Support courier/vendor management and logistics issue resolution.
• Update sample trackers and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in biweekly site meetings.
• Assist with logistics documentation and status updates.
