Clinical Sales Specialist - West Territory

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring for a Clinical Sales Specialist position covering territories in WA, OR, NV, and CA. The ideal candidate should reside in one of these states. This is a remote position.

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide case consultation and planning services to customers via telephone or in the dental office.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of full arch dental solutions, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Oversee complex dental cases.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by promoting full arch dental products.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and evaluate existing clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports detailing customer needs, competitors, and potential new products.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Educate dental professionals on full arch workflows.
  • Identify and develop full arch opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of dental implants, All on X cases, and lab procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to travel 60-75% of the time.
Minimum Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in dental or healthcare fields.
  • Extensive training and experience in dental technology and complex cases.
  • Valid driver’s license.
