Primary Function of Position

Surgeons worldwide are transforming surgical procedures by utilizing our robotic surgical device to enhance precision and improve patient outcomes. The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for clinically promoting the da Vinci Surgical System to maximize its utilization within the Queens, NY territory.

Essential Job Duties

  1. Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop strategies to increase robot utilization.
  2. Mentor surgical teams through training, operating room integration, and application of da Vinci Surgery.
  3. Serve as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.
  4. Support regional sales and marketing events to raise system awareness and promote procedure adoption.
  5. Create individualized da Vinci Surgery plans for surgical teams to enable independent system use.
  6. Expand the user base by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  7. Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  8. Mentor new team members to develop high performance within the clinical sales team.
  9. Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports reliably.
