Primary Function of Position

Surgeons worldwide are transforming surgery by using our robotic surgical device to improve precision and patient outcomes. The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for clinically selling and maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the South Jersey territory.

Essential Job Duties

  1. Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to increase robot utilization.
  2. Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
  3. Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
  4. Support regional sales and marketing events to raise system awareness and promote procedure adoption.
  5. Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.
  6. Expand the user base by collaborating with KOLs.
  7. Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  8. Mentor new team members to develop high performance in the clinical sales team.
  9. Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, expense reports, and related responsibilities reliably.
