Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Safety Specialist to deliver high-quality safety management for BD Peripheral Intervention clinical studies in a highly regulated environment. You will monitor safety events, coordinate with Medical Monitors and study teams, and ensure compliance with GCP and global procedures.

The role requires at least 2+ years in clinical research or medical device safety, with onsite collaboration at BD Tempe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience in medical device/pharma/biotech.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical safety management or medical device safety reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Safety management support for BDPI clinical studies to enable study objectives.
• Ensure quality and compliance for safety-related activities.
• Conduct monitoring of safety events and data queries with timely reporting.
• Serve as Clinical Safety expert for BD stakeholders and site personnel.
• Develop study-specific Clinical Safety Plans and related documents.
