Job summary

Osmind is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States to serve as the primary contact for clinical practices using Osmind’s EHR and RCM platforms. You will drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention, helping clinicians optimize workflows and expand usage as their practice grows.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Implementation, and RCM teams, deliver tailored trainings, and autonomously manage multiple clients to improve practice outcomes and demonstrate

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or implementation at a SaaS company; healthcare and/or EHR experience preferred.
Direct experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
Proven track record in customer success and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clinical practices using Osmind products and services.
Drive product adoption, satisfaction, and retention by proactively identifying and resolving blockers for clinicians.
Assist clinicians in understanding and optimizing workflows supported by Osmind's EHR and RCM tools.
Collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, and RCM teams to resolve issues and communicate improvements.
