Responsibilities

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment.
• Collect data and troubleshoot while providing detailed feedback to engineers.
• Prioritize the customer experience to meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public about robot operation.
• Prepare and publish monthly work schedules; onboard and train new staff; approve time cards.
