Diligent Robotics in Dallas, TX seeks a part-time, entry-level Clinical Robot Associate to support safe hospital robot operations. You will work on-site, including weekends, averaging three 8-hour shifts per week at $20/hour.

This is not an engineering role; customer-service skills and clear communication are essential as you assist robots and collaborate with hospital staff. You will monitor robots, collect data, troubleshoot real-world situations, and provide detailed feedback to engineers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-service oriented: friendly and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Self-sufficient with ability to learn quickly and decide independently.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and varying shifts, including nights.
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials, immunizations, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment.
• Collect data and troubleshoot while providing feedback to engineers.
• Prioritize the customer experience and ensure expectations are met.
• Communicate with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public regarding robot operation.
