Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews including chart screening, writing case summaries, determining documentation adequacy, researching insurer requirements, and preparing final determinations.
• Train and mentor new RNs as the project expands.
• Manage day-to-day workflow of the clinical reviewer teams.
• Direct employees and subcontracted staff in meeting quality and on-time delivery requirements.
• Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with the company vision and report variances to senior managers.
