Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with MaineHealth, is offering travel nurse opportunities in New Hampshire. Positions are available for 8, 10, or 13 weeks, with housing options and benefits.

You will support patient care, communicate with the care team, and work across disciplines to ensure high-quality outcomes. Requirements include at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience, relevant certifications, and a degree from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Abide by code of conduct and compliance policies and expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
