Qualifications

• Required Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year RN experience required.
• AHA BLS Provider certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize data collection per policy.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Perform treatments as ordered and intervene per plan of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Document assessments and progress toward problem resolution.
