Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Virginia RN license or compact license to practice.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of Centra policies and patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individualized patient assessment and plan care per policy and plan.
• Implement nursing interventions as ordered and according to the plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and update the interdisciplinary plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families to promote health and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe care environment and uphold Centra safety standards.
