Centra Health is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II to coordinate and deliver individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team at our Lynchburg, VA facility. The role emphasizes planning, implementing, and evaluating the care plan to promote health outcomes and patient safety.

You will establish measurable goals with patients and families, perform treatments as ordered, and participate in continuous improvement and education to maintain high-quality nursing care standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered nurse in Virginia and/or compact license; BLS Provider.
• One year of nursing (RN) experience.

Responsabilités

• Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing data collection based on patient’s condition within policy timeframes.
• Develops, modifies, and integrates an individualized care plan.
• Performs treatments as ordered by provider in a timely manner.
• Initiates emergency resuscitative measures as appropriate.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate interventions.
