Job summary

The RN II assumes full patient assignment and works to promote and restore health according to the plan of care.

Responsibilities include continuous assessment, care planning, timely intervention, evaluation of patient responses, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing (RN) experience.
• Registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact license.
• AHA BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and prioritizes data collection based on condition and policies.
• Develops and updates individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Performs procedures and interventions as ordered and timely.
• Monitors patient responses and adjusts care plans as needed.
