Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN in nursing required.
• Virginia RN license (or compact license) and BLS required.
• ACLS/PALS certifications may be required for specialty units.
• Minimum RN experience including patient care and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize data collection per policy.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans with the team.
• Perform treatments and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Educate patients and families about plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.
