Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
• Participate in continuing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork for improved outcomes and service.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Support nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to improve engagement.
• Provide input on interviewing, selection, and training of new staff; support performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in line with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and supply/equipment management.
