Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims, starting with workers' compensation medical-legal review. The team is small, technical, and close to customers, with everyone shipping and talking directly to users.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 5+ years of clinical experience who can define clinical review standards, flag omissions and causation, and collaborate with founders to deliver reliable reviews that improve customer outcomes.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience required.
• Experience in utilization review, case management, or workers' compensation.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Define clinical review standards and gold-standard examples.
