Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Retail Pharmacy team at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME. This full-time position offers outpatient pharmacy responsibilities in a hospital setting, with opportunities to contribute to patient safety and clinical care.

The role requires a state pharmacist license, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, and several years of retail experience; immunization certification and BLS are required.

Formación

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License required.
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• At least 3 years of previous pharmacy retail experience preferred.
• Previous retail supervisory or PIC experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills required.
• Experience with pharmacy computer systems, spreadsheets, word processing programs, and other databases required.
• APhA Immunization Certification and BLS required.
• Experience working with Ambulatory Pharmacy Teams preferred.
• 340B program experience preferred (if at a 340B facility).

Responsabilidades

• Assist Retail Pharmacy Manager in outpatient operations and patient care.
• Coordinate activities to ensure safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Collaborate with Pharmacotherapy, Population Health, and Specialty Pharmacy teams.
• Support immunizations and ambulatory services as part of outpatient care.
