Responsibilities

• Identify the staffing needs of various nursing units.
• Enter, look up, and adjust team member schedules using staffing systems.
• Coordinate with the SRC for repairs and environmental requests and track completion through audit logs.
• Provide customer service including guest relations and telephone etiquette.
• Receive, triage, and relay messages to Charge Nurses, Clinical Administrators, liaisons, and nurse managers.
• Use staffing matrices to assess unit needs based on reported patient volume.
• Review available resources to determine appropriate assignment of staff across nursing units.
