Intermountain Health in Brighton, Colorado is seeking a Part-time RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise on their shift. You will coordinate unit resources and ensure safe, efficient patient care while serving as a role model for staff professionalism.

You will assess patient needs, collaborate with the care team, and ensure timely documentation and adherence to standards. The ideal candidate holds a BSN and current RN license with BLS and unit-specific certs.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, PALS).
• BSN within four years of hire; degree verification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Coordinate staffing based on patient needs and unit resources.
• Delegate and lead the care team; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans; ensure safety and quality.
• Mentor staff and promote professionalism; enforce standards.
• Activate code/rapid response when needed; ensure patient safety.
• Support continuous quality improvement in care and service.
