Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare or clinical research experience is a plus.
• Exposure to clinical trials is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand studies by reading protocols and coordinating with the PI and team.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols and obtain exemptions when needed.
• Collect, process, and ship laboratory samples per study requirements.
• Screen patients and qualify them for enrolling trials.
• Assist coordinators with organization and regulatory filings.
• Communicate protocol issues to the study team as needed.
• Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, ECG, and phlebotomy.
• Maintain source documentation and sponsor-required information.
• Educate patients about study participation and trials.
• Assist in community outreach and provide referrals as appropriate.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks to support study activities.
