Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to coordinate oncology and hematology trials. You will oversee the RA team, manage training, and ensure regulatory submissions align with HRPP/IRB requirements.

Responsibilities include activation oversight, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high-quality regulatory documents and study conduct.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field.
• Experience: 5 years of clinical research experience; mentoring program desirable.
• Certifications: CPRAED/ACRP or SOCRA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day RA team activities and performance.
• Manage training and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure training documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and study activations.
• Maintain relationships with faculty and departments for trial conduct.
• Support compliance and HRPP/IRB requirements.
