Medix is seeking a Site Director - Clinical Research in Las Vegas, NV to lead day-to-day site operations, oversee study execution and financial performance, and maintain regulatory quality standards. This on-site role requires building a high-performing team and driving site growth.

The ideal candidate has site-level management experience, strong leadership and GCP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working at the clinical research site level.
• 2-5 years of site-level clinical research management or leadership experience.
• Experience supervising clinical research personnel.
• Knowledge of trial operations, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily clinical research site operations.
• Supervise coordinators and site staff.
• Oversee start-up, feasibility, implementation and closeout of studies.
• Ensure trials comply with protocols, regulations and GCP.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, retention, scheduling and participant management.
• Monitor progress, timelines and budget performance.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for leadership.
