Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio and current nursing license.
• BSN or ADN with plan to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Proficiency with basic PCs, word processing and data management.
• Familiarity with GCP and clinical research procedures.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based practices per protocol.
• Provide family-centered nursing care while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Delegate, direct, and oversee developmentally appropriate patient care.
• Collaborate with care providers to align patient needs with trial participation.
• Complete regulatory, data, and training elements for study implementation.
• Ensure participant safety and data integrity throughout the trial.
