Qualifications

• Current State of Utah RN license.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications.
• Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• RNs hired or promoted into this role need to have or obtain their BSN within three years of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research and data collection with managers/directors.
• Facilitate staff education and certification for research processes.
• Coordinate research projects with Managers/Directors.
• Maintain protocol knowledge and site operations manuals.
• Communicate project problems to appropriate departments; write progress reports if requested.
• Assist with proposals, policies, and site operations to support study implementation.
• Lead weekly scheduling, supervise research activities, and ensure data quality.
