Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to join our site network in New York. You will support and coordinate daily clinical trial activities, ensuring protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety while collaborating with investigators, coordinators, and sponsors.

The role offers growth within a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment and exposure to GI/hepatology trials across multiple sites. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years clinical research experience preferred.
• GI specialty knowledge or willingness to develop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate industry-sponsored trials per protocol.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol requirements.
• Enter study data into CTMS and maintain source documentation.
• Prepare for monitor visits and ensure SOP/compliance alignment.
• Recruit patients, obtain informed consent, and manage safety reporting.
• Coordinate with CRO, sponsor, PI, and site teams.
