The Project Manager will join the investigative team of the center for Large-Scale Imaging of Neural Circuits (LINC), a multi-site consortium part of the NIH BRAIN Initiative Connectivity across Scales (CONNECTS) program. The goal is to produce first-ever maps of brain connections across scales, combining innovative imaging technologies and machine learning.
The Project Manager will coordinate activities across the CONNECTS network, ensuring timely data acquisition and analysis, and interface with academic partners.
Manage multiple clinical research studies, hire and supervise Clinical Research Coordinators, serve as liaison with sponsors, IRB, laboratories, and study staff. Coordinate trial initiation, patient recruitment, and streamline project start-up. Develop SOPs, oversee budgets, and manage subcontracts.
Education: Bachelor's in neuroscience, biology, or related; Master’s preferred. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience: 5-7 years research experience, 1-2 years supervisory experience. Preferred: biomedical data analysis, coding skills.
Supervise ~3 research assistants and ~7 staff. Manage budgets, oversee data acquisition, and coordinate activities across sites. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Onsite position at 149 Thirteenth Street.
