Our client, a major academic medical center in Boston and the nation's largest hospital-based research program, is looking for a Clinical Research Project Manager to join a major study group dedicated to the further research and care of cardiovascular disease patients. As a research project manager, you will be responsible for the management and direction of internal staff to ensure efficient and successful research operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related healthcare/science
• 4+ years of professional research experience (clinical preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of experience with clinical trial management systems
• Previous supervisory or project management experience is preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Support site management efforts and provide assistance to a team of coordinators, including training, development, and evaluation
• Assist senior leadership in the design of reporting tools and study design changes
• Identify and ensure the accurate completion of study/trial regulatory documents and information
• Ensure the smooth management of studies/trials by liaising with external/relevant parties
• Assist with the design and updates to study operation manuals for assigned trials
