Job summary

ALS, a global clinical testing leader, seeks a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports planning, protocol execution, and day-to-day study operations while supervising a team of CRC Assistants.

Qualified candidates have a BS/BA in life sciences (or 1–2 years clinical industry experience) and the ability to manage workflow, recruit, and report findings to study sponsors. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences preferred
• 1–2 years clinical industry experience (can substitute for BS/BA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Participates and coordinates planning and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures as per sponsor and PI guidelines
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Clinical Research Assistants to ensure GCP-compliant conduct
• Oversees day-to-day clinical activities to maximize study workflow and participant availability
• Collaborates with Recruitment to verify entry criteria before enrolling subjects
• Monitors participant responses and communicates study data and results to investigators promptly
• Supports protocol generation, interim and final reports with Clinical Management
• Orders and maintains inventory of laboratory supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned
