Job summary

Care New England Health System seeks a Clinical Research Project Coordinator I to supervise non-clinical admin support for human-subject research. You will coordinate daily project activities and serve as a point of contact for the Principal Investigator, sponsor, and junior staff.

You will initiate and maintain participant recruitment, track study participants, facilitate data collection, and ensure procedures align with protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience.
• CCRP, CCRA, or ACRP-CP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and analytic abilities.
• Basic computer skills, e.g. familiarity with Microsoft software, completing spreadsheet/data entry.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and support an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of research projects involving human subjects.
• Supervise project staff and record HR issues as needed.
• Develop and implement participant recruitment plans.
• Assist in planning and management of project data.
• Promote the project through marketing and other sources.
• Coordinate project meetings, create agendas, and draft minutes.
• Collaborate on presentations, publications, and dissemination of results.
• Supervise biospecimen collection, packaging, shipping, and infection control.
• Assist in preparation of IRB protocols, amendments, and consent documents.
• Support PI with regulatory reports and sponsor progress updates.
