Job summary

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. is recruiting a full-time Clinical Research Program Manager for the CARE program.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
• Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of research experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the CARE program activities and coordinate with the principal investigator
• Assist with grant submissions, including summarizing instructions and gathering required documentation
• Support manuscript preparation for peer-reviewed journals and conference submissions
• Assist with protocol development, IRB applications, and maintaining project timelines
• Develop standard operating procedures and templates to improve efficiency across studies
• Coordinate data collection and ensure compliance across multi-site trials
• Serve as a liaison for CARE staff, manage training records, and maintain study communications
