• Hire and onboard new staff, interns, and volunteers as needed.
• Coordinate multi-site trials and oversee IRB communications and approvals.
• Develop SOPs and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across studies.
• Ensure training records and data integrity across CARE research projects.
