Accel Research Sites in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Operations team. The role involves preparing and dispensing investigational medications, ensuring compliance with GCP, HIPAA, FDA, and SOPs, and supporting the site staff with drug distribution services.

The candidate should hold a CPhT credential with 1+ years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits at multiple site locations.

Qualifications

Associate degree and 1+ years' related experience required.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Integrate investigational medication use with pharmacy workflow and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and advise site staff on drug distribution for investigational medications.
Prepare, label and dispense investigational medications; provide drug information to subjects and staff.
Dispense controlled substances as part of a research study; maintain inventory records and proper storage.
Ensure safety and care for all research subjects related to investigational medication preparation and dispensing.
Mentor and support less experienced staff.
