Accel Research Sites in North Georgia Clinical Research – Woodstock, GA, is hiring a Research Assistant/Medical Assistant to support clinical coordinators and investigators. The role includes clinical, lab, and administrative tasks to keep the site compliant with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations and SOPs.

You will assist with screening, visits, data entry in EDC, vital signs, ECGs, and specimen handling. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience are required, with bilingual

• High School diploma required.
• At least 1 year of admin/clinical experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist CRCs, Site Manager, Principal and Sub Investigators and other site staff with study execution.
• Screen patients for enrollment and schedule visits; conduct follow-ups.
• Document in source charts and enter data in EDC; respond to data queries.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs; may perform blood draws.
• Maintain logs, filing and charting; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule visits and reminders; support recruitment and enrollment activities.
