CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Care Technician I to support inpatient and CRU operations. You will assist with psychosocial support, daily living activities, meals, medications (as certified), and discharge planning while maintaining strict adherence to FDA, ICH, and CenExel SOPs.

The role is on-site in Anaheim with a 40-hour week (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and weekend shifts; training may start with an AM shift for 2–3 weeks. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• High school graduate or GED.
• 6+ months of healthcare experience (Required).
• Strong team/consensus-building skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and cope with crises.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses participants' psychosocial needs and case management needs.
• Observes behavior changes and reports to supervisor.
• Interacts with clients to help problem-solve and de-escalate when upset.
• Assists with ADLs and meals; adheres to dietary and smoking restrictions.
• Assists with discharge planning and discharge summaries for CRU.
• Coordinates transportation and appointments; keeps calendars updated.
