Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) is seeking a Manager Clinical Research Support for our Dallas, TX clinic. You will supervise Lab Research Assistants, Clinical Research Assistants, Tissue Coordinators, and other staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experience.

You will optimize biospecimen workflows, oversee vital signs/ECGs, and align SOPs with regulatory guidelines to support high-quality clinical trials across our network.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in clinical research, healthcare, or related field (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in clinical trial operations (regulatory, safety, biospecimen management).
• GCP/GLP/HIPAA/OSHA/IATA regulations expertise.
• Experience interpreting protocols and using clinical trial systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills and EMR experience.
• Proficiency with clinical trial databases and EDC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and mentoring for support staff and coordinators.
• Oversee biospecimen collection, processing, shipping, and documentation.
• Coordinate vital signs, ECGs, and lab specimens ensuring data integrity.
• Uphold patient safety and confidentiality across clinic and research activities.
• Develop and monitor SOPs ensuring regulatory alignment.
