Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY is seeking a Regular Full Time Research Administrator to manage clinical research collaboration with PIs and sponsors. You will oversee day-to-day research activities, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with the CSSC Director.

The role emphasizes leadership in recruitment, training, and efficient project delivery, with responsibility for data management and reporting to IRB and other governing bodies.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's in related field; Master's strongly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in clinical research or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in and manages clinical and administrative aspects of research in collaboration with PIs, study sponsors, researchers and nurses.
• Coordinates synchronization and management of research activities under the CSSC Director; analyzes and reports deviations.
• Provide supervision and administrative direction for research activities and timely reports to Directors, IRB and sponsors.
• Lead recruitment of staff, oversee orientation, training, and day-to-day workflow and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory, institutional and departmental compliance; manage data collection and analytics for studies.
