Hospital for Special Surgery in New York seeks a detail‑oriented clinical research coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team of physicians, staff scientists and laboratory personnel. You will support patient recruitment, follow-up coordination, and sample processing to help drive timely clinical trial milestones.

You will manage day-to-day study activities, track specimens, coordinate with study sites and ensure study documentation is complete and compliant.

Competenze

• Experience in clinical research and managing clinical trials.
• Experience working in a lab environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Word.
• Statistical methods or software knowledge preferred.
• College degree required.
• Well-organized, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of laboratory solutions, materials, and/or media.
• Ability to lift packages and supplies.

• Manage patient recruitment and study binder tasks.
• Coordinate participant follow-up and cross-site communication.
• Assist with processing and transport of clinical trial samples; conduct bench testing as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies; organize storage and manage equipment repairs.
• Support coordination of study sites and communication among investigators and staff.
