Responsibilities

• Provide protocol-directed nursing care and clinical research coordination for assigned studies.
• Maintain current CITI and GCP training and ensure compliance with IRB requirements.
• Monitor participants for safety and data collection per protocol.
• Coordinate complex treatment sequences and time-sensitive sample collection.
• Collaborate across units to ensure protocol adherence and participant safety.
