National Institute of Clinical Research in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to blend clinical practice with research oversight in a dynamic, patient-centered setting. This per diem or part-time role requires a California NP license and acute care experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and you must be able to commute to Los Angeles.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license (FNP) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience in acute care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• In-person role in Los Angeles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and review patient medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education and health coaching to patients and families
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, etc.)
• Administer vaccinations and immunizations
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on urgency
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
