Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee planning, organization, and execution of clinical trial protocols. You will supervise daily activities, support new team members, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include space management, inventory control, training, and collaboration with operations, research services, and external partners to enable timely startup and smooth trial conduct.

Qualifications

• RN with active Florida license (required)
• Two+ clinical research experience (required)
• CCRC/SOCRA certifications preferred/required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong knowledge of FDA/CDC regulatory framework

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies per SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Supervise day-to-day activities of the research team
• Mentor and onboard new team members
• Manage study space, inventory, and supplies
• Lead DHS/CTMS and study startup activities
