Qualifications

• PhD preferred or MD preferred, MS required.
• 2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; Outlook.
• Experience with electronic data entry and retrieval systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (IRB, FDA) and multicenter requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multicenter project implementation with key study personnel.
• Collect and accurately record data and outcomes for research.
• Oversee study implementation at Montefiore and other sites.
• Coordinate efforts to provide study coverage as needed.
• Oversee patient screening and consent; implement subject enrollment.
• Monitor health status of subjects and perform data entry for ongoing projects.
• Ensure adherence to research protocols and regulatory paperwork.
• Liaise with IRB, NIH, FDA to support research approvals.
• Supervise team of medical students, research associates and fellows.
