Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Five years of related experience in clinical research and/or laboratory management.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains research instrumentation.
• Organizes lab supplies in exam rooms and stockrooms.
• Maintains equipment and inventory files.
• Disposes laboratory waste per safety regulations.
• Supports collection and processing of biological samples (venipuncture, centrifugation).
• Supervises student workers and coordinates schedules.
• Maintains trainings, SOPs, and safety certifications.
