Job summary

Tasso, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Laboratory Coordinator in Seattle to manage study materials, devices, and specimen handling for the Clinical team.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Clinical Operations, requiring at least 2 years in a clinical lab setting and a strong eye for detail. Candidates should be on-site in Seattle five days a week, with responsibilities spanning kit management, specimen processing, and shipping.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in life sciences, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years in clinical/lab operations or specimen handling.
• Experience managing supply, inventory, or logistics with external dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage study materials and device kits, tracking forecast needs and scheduling lead times.
• Process and handle specimens per study protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain specimen inventory, storage conditions, chain of custody, and lab records.
• Support on-site phlebotomy and specimen collection activities as needed.
• Ship study kits to partner labs and clinics, with proper documentation and manifests.
