Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for our on-site team. You will manage informed consent, scheduling visits, and regulatory tasks across multiple neuropsychiatry trials.
Candidates hold a Bachelor’s or higher, have experience in human subjects research, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; familiarity with EMR/CTMS and regulatory practices is a plus.
Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center (SeattleNTC) specializes in innovative treatments for depression and difficult-to-treat neuropsychiatric disorders, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), esketamine, and more. With locations in Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Bellingham, and Poulsbo, weprovide comprehensive care options for our patients.
Ourclinical trials program, housed in our Seattle and Bellevue locations, focuses on studying interventions for psychiatric disorders. We are currentlyparticipatingin trials on VNS for bipolar depression, psilocybin for depression and anxiety, anda new versionof TMS, among others. Our research team consists of two managers,eight coordinators (CRC, recruitment, and regulatory), and several PI/sub-Is.
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments in the field of neuropsychiatry. This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator at our Seattle, WA location; we value some flexibility to also work at our Bellevue location.
