Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the start-up activities for clinical research protocols across multiple service lines. You will coordinate operational, clinical and financial aspects, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient site initiation.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in budgeting, FDA/IRB processes, and a strong track record in Phase I–IV studies, with a preference for those with community and academic research backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline is required.
• Six years in clinical research or related field may substitute for a degree.
• Five years in budgeting, phase I–IV studies, screening, and regulatory work required, or 11 years in the same areas.
• Clinical trial experience with investigational drugs/devices is required.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and IRB processes is required.
• Community/academic research experience is preferred.
