Baptist Health seeks an Analyst, Research, Finance & Compliance to provide advanced financial support for oncology clinical trials at the downtown Jacksonville campus. The role integrates with investigators, clinical operations, and finance leadership to ensure compliant budgeting, invoicing, and reporting across industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.
Minimum 7+ years in clinical research finance or grants administration is required, along with strong knowledge of federal

- 7+ years in research finance or clinical trials budgeting.
- 7+ years experience with federal regulations.
- 7+ years familiarity with NCI/NIH and cooperative group guidelines.
- Pre-award budget development experience.
- Post-award financial management experience.
- Must have experience in clinical research trial finance.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee CTMS financial oversight and sponsor invoicing.
- Manage grant tracking and reporting across studies.
- Support trial start-up and activation financials.
- Ensure compliance with Baptist Health policies and SOPs.
- Serve as strategic partner to investigators and finance leadership.
