Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Must hold a Nursing Bachelor’s degree.
• Nurse Practice Act compliance and institutional policies knowledge.
• Ability to collect, evaluate and report research data.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clinical and operational management of research protocols.
• Impacts research protocols and patients in designated protocols.
• Conducts assigned operations of research protocols.
• Coordinates, evaluates, and follows patient participation in clinical trials.
• Assists in data collection and evaluation.
• Performs protocol-specific clinical tasks including patient assessment, screening, ordering tests, collecting specimens and monitoring responses.
• May administer medications as required.
• Provides patient and family education.
• May educate staff on research protocols as required.
• Leads and coordinates with admin on implementing policies and guidelines.
• Recommends process improvements based on data insights and team feedback.
• Tracks and analyzes team performance data, creating detailed reports for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
